Jstor translator problem

Hello,
I cannot import multiple articles from jstor by clicking on the folder icon in the address bar. When I try to import multiple articles a pop-up appears in the right corner with known translator issues. This happens both in Chrome 28.0... and Firefox 23

I can however, import single articles through the article icon.

Running Mac OSX 10.6.8

Claus, I think we fixed the translator last night. So the first thing to check would be step 5 on the page that Gracile linked. If that doesn't help, please go through the rest of the applicable steps.
