how to have two citation styles on the same page or doc

Hi,

I have been inserting Chicago Style author date. Then I try to enter the next citation as Chicago Style note. However, it only accepts one or the other, not different types. What could the problem be?

    The citation style is a document level setting and cannot be set on a per citation basis. What is the use case for two different styles in a document? Why do you need that?
