Zotero 4.0 Mac OSX 10.8.4 et word 2008 12.3.0

I've installed everything, it works on safari et firefox but when i'm triyng to use it on word there is a message :

Zotero has detected an incomplete or malfunctioning Microsoft office installation. This is typically caused an incompatibility between office and Apple's Migration Assistant. To resolve this issue, manually copy the Microsoft office folder from your previous system or reinstall office from the original disc.

I don't understand because everything works on word and it's the last version in France.

    That message pretty much means what it says. You presumably used Migration Assistant to copy this installation of Word from another computer, and though it looks like it's working for you, it's actually incomplete in a way that prevents Zotero from working. This isn't a Zotero bug. The only way to fix it is by following the instructions in the message.

    A priori, il faut suivre les instructions du message d'erreur : copier manuellement le dossier Microsoft office de votre ordinateur précédent ou réinstaller Word (Office) depuis le CD/DVD/programme d'installation.

    Quelle version de Word ? de Zotero ? du module Zotero pour Word ? de Mac OS ?
