Style Request: Human Reproduction
Hello,
I'd like to request a CSL for Human Reproduction please. I searched for a similar CSL but my search returned no results. I've provided some detailed examples from the journal's website (http://www.oxfordjournals.org/our_journals/humupd/for_authors/general.html) below, and I've used a system of brackets and braces to denote bold/italics. I apologize if this is unclear, and will be happy to clarify if needed.
I use {braces} to denote italics and [brackets] to denote boldface; the brackets and braces should NOT appear in the references; regular parentheses ARE part of the citation, and should remain as they appear below.
Up to 10 authors should be included in bibliographic references, after which et al. should be used. General format for journals is:
Authors. Title. {Journal} date; [issue]: pg-pg
Examples for bibliographic entries for various media are presented below:
Biggers JD, McGinnis LK. Evidence that glucose is not always an inhibitor of mouse preimplantation development in vitro. {Hum Reprod} 2001;[16]:153-163.
For in-text citations, each reference should be cited by author, followed by a comma, a space, and the date, ex: (Smith, 2013). If there are two authors, both should be listed. If there are more than two, the first author should be listed, followed by et al. then a comma, a space, and the year should be used, ex: (Smith et al., 2013).
Thanks very much!

Note that you cannot just paste a citation from the style guide into the example window. You have to modify the _given_ item (by default the Accadia et al item, but you can pick which one on the left) to conform to the citation style in question.
This should give you a citation style that's quite close - let us know what you find and we'll fix a smilar one.
Btw., you can use italics and bold on the forum when using Html mode and enclosing them in Html tags such as i for <i>italics</i> and b for <b>bold
It differed in a few ways--first, for in-text citations, there should be a comma between the author's name and the year. For the bibliographic entries, the year is in the wrong place, italics and bold differ, JoPE uses full journal names while Human Reproduction (HR) uses standard journal abbreviations, and page numbers are handled differently. For books, edited books, and journal articles, I've shown the JoPE citation and the HR both to highlight the differences.
Thanks very much for your help, and for the quick reply.

The style guide isn't very good, so when in doubt I followed published articles.
It will appear on the style repository within 30mins.. (See here if you need instructions for installing styles in standalone.)
Any problems please let us know.
