Can't import RIS file from Endnote XI

When I hit "import" and select the RIS / .txt file I made for export (as per instructions on Zotero webpage) this error message comes up: " [Java Script Application] No translator could be found for the given file"
p.s. I've spent 45 mins looking through the forums for this particular issue and can't find it. I'm using OS 10.5 and Firefox 3. I've never had an error message like this for anything else before.

    Open the file in a text editor, copy from the start of the file to the end of the first record, and paste it here. (To make sure it looks right, you can wrap it in <pre> </pre> tags and use HTML mode when posting.)
