Upgrade StorageError in Loading DLL
I'm using XP with Service Pack 3.
I seem to have a problem with the Microsoft word Zotero Add on with MS word 2007
My computer crashed recently, but I was able to restore the computer, and my zotero library is intact. The document I am working on seems to be fine.
Whenever I try and add a reference with the plug in after the crash, I get the message 'Error in Loading DLL' in a 'Microsoft visual basic' window.
Word help says it's an error message #48. Which is related to missing libraries.
My zotero library is still there, and I have reinstalled the plug-in a number of times.
I've got two weeks to get my dissertation finished, and so I would appreciate some help with this as I have become very reliant on Zotero.

My postdoc thinks EndNote Web will be better :( maybe he's right for now.

You're using a very outdated firefox version, I'm surprised Zotero even works, but you should definitely upgrade to the current version - 22 and try again.
