Upgrade StorageAnnotation note a alable in the zotero "tool zone"

I'll try to explain that in english.
When a "save a webpage" I can add several notes. (on the right, in Zotero)
And, I can add annotation directly on the screen of the webpage I captured.
Now, I have "basic note", and "on screen note".
The "screen note" are not avalable on the "basic note" field.
Is that normal?
