Cannot Translate/Save from IEEE Xplore site

When I visit a paper's site at the ieeexplore through the proxy server, the page won't save to my library. I see the message "Saving ..." but nothing gets saved.
One of the example URLS given below. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry, forgot to mention.

    It's Firefox on Windows 7 desktop.

    Looks I found the problem.
    I had "never remember history" checked in Firefox and when I changed that, the ieeexplore sites work now.

    It used to work before with that setting so I don't know what changed. If you can let me know if there is a way to make it work with original setting I'll appreciate that. But for now, I can get it to work.

    IEEE Explore isn't saving citations for me, either.

    I'm using Zotero 4.0 for Firefox on a Mac.

    @elainelevia - still having that problem & the solution above doesn't solve it? In that case we'd need a URL
