Notes / Notizen / spell check german / Rechtschreibprüfung

Hallo,
hat jemand einen Tipp für mich wie ich bei der Standalone-Version (arbeite nicht mit Mozilla, sondern mit Safari) die Rechtschreibprüfung bei den Notizen auf "Deutsch" umstelle? Zur Zeit ist sie offensichtlich auf englisch gestellt, denn alles wird mir rot unterstrichen. Im Netz habe ich nur die Hinweise für die Installation des Sprachpaketes bei Mozilla gesehen, aber das hilft ja in meinem Fall nicht!

Hi,
has anyone an idea where i can change settings for spell checking in notes? I'm doing the notes in german and everything is underlined red because english is obviously the language setting. I'm not working with Mozilla Firefox (and found only tipps for that case), but with the standalone version of Zotero (using Safari).

    Thanks! Sorry, i missed this thread. So i disabled the spell check.

    In "about:config" (Zotero Preferences/Advanced), set the value of
    "extensions.spellcheck.inline.max-misspellings"
    to "1".

    no one expects you to find threads buried somewhere on the forums - I knew it was there so it was easy to find. Glad it worked, sorry there's no working spell-check.

    So i take the opportunity to ask you one more question regarding the notes: is there a possibility to modify the text format beyond the menue given in the menue bar (e.g. change line spacing, paragraph)?

    You can change line and paragraph spacing by changing the CSS, which is in the hidden preferences:

    It may be a little intimidating, but it's really not bad
