You can check your current usage under
https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage
Note that the limit only applies to the online storage of files. There is no limit on local storage (i.e. you'll always be able to add more files to your local copy of Zotero) and there is no limit on data storage, just on attached files (PDFs, Snapshots)
