I just realised none of my PDF file attached to the Zotero was ever indexed. From the Zotero error report it gives following error messages.

I have report this bug in 1184179429.

I am running Ubuntu 12.04, 64 bit, Zotero, 4.0.8.

Anyone have same issue?
