Attached File Error

I synced Computer A to zotero online and then downloaded/synced my library from zotero online to Computer B. I am able to cite properly in word but when I try to open the files from zotero standalone I get an error saying the attached file is unable to be located and that it may be have been deleted. Please let me know how I can fix this error, my error report code is 15369258.
I have tried "Restore from server"(http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sync_reset_options)
I have tried the instructions at this link: http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing but there doesn't seem to be a syncing problem. How can I tell if computer A is having trouble? How do I know if I have used up the 300MB allowance for storage zotero gives?
I have also NOT used dropbox at any point during this process.
