Zotero error

I tried to open up Zotero but received an error message with the instruction to re-start Zotero. Other programmes open at the time of the error: Excel, Safari, .pdf, NetLogo

I restarted Zotero with any problem.

I would appreciate your advice on how to prevent similar error.

  • If this just happened once, you can ignore. If you can reproduce it reliably, provide a Debug ID for a Zotero startup that triggers it, using the "Enabled after restart" option.

    For good measure, check your database integrity in the Advanced->Files and Folders section of the Zotero preferences.
