Cannot see my library from the library tab

I cannot see my general library view. I get a message "Something has gone wrong and we don't know what". I also cannot see see sources in some of my subheading tabs. The sources do come up if I search on them, but I cannot possible remember all of my sources...

    Yes both Mozilla and Internet Explorer

    By subheading are you talking about what Zotero calls collections (with the folder icon)? If yes, what is the name or collectionKey (this would be a string of 8 letters/numbers immediately following "collectionKey" in the url when the collection is selected) of a collection that fails to load?

    Also, it shouldn't make a difference, but just for completeness what versions of Firefox/Internet Explorer?

    https://www.zotero.org/dkass/items/collectionKey/2GJPNU47 is the largest collection that will not show.

    I think it is version 21.0
