Reporting an error with syncing (1505858505)

I have a Zotero folder containing 20 items grabbing from NCBI pubmed. While syncing, it reported the error message of "Last name 'Andersson GBJ, Bouchard J, Bozic KJ, Campbell RM J…' too long".

Please help me.

    first, empty your Zotero trash and try again. If that doesn't help, find the item that has all of those names in the "last name" field and fix it (if you delete it, remember to empty your trash again).

    Also, are you sure you grabbed these from PubMed using Zotero? If so, could you give us the url of the PubMed entry?

    First, thank you very much for timely precious suggestions. Because of an urgency, I just solved the problem by deleting the problematic 20-item containing folder and syncing(reset mode, download from server) again. Another reason I deleted it directly is I no longer actively work on that topic.

    Second, I quick-searched in Zotero for "Andersson" and no matched results were found. Probably as adamsmith said, the item was in the Trash can.

    Third, aurimas you are right. That item isn't imported from PUBMED but is a book. I manually inputted it long ago...maybe 2-3 years ago.
