Zotero not syncing after Firefox reinstall. error ID: 1273917889

Hi,

I was having problems with Firefox so had to do a complete uninstall and reinstall. I've just added Zotero but it won't sync with my account. It has an error message saying:

'The Zotero sync server did not accept your username and password. Please check that you have entered your zotero.org login information correctly in the Zotero sync preferences.'

When I go to sync preferences and enter my username and password nothing happens.

The error ID is 1273917889

    Meaning what?

    This message really just means you have to fix your username and password and then sync again.

    Sorry, 'fix' in what way? My username and password are correct, I've just used them to log in to post this, it's just that the sync preferences doesn't accept them.

    That almost never happens. Clear them both in the Sync preferences and reenter them, and then sync.
