stopped working on arxiv.org

Hello Experts,

The Zotero suddenly stopped working on arxiv.org, I don't see anything changed in my computer. Here are more info:

Zotero standalone on Mac OS X 10.7.3 with version 3.0.3.
Zotero Connector 3.0.3 for Google Chrome

I've tried to othersites, seems OK.

Any suggestions?

    confirmed. I'll try to fix this asap and let you know.

    Zotero get's a "server down for maintenance" response when trying to retrieve the XML metadata from the arxiv API - they say try again in 3600secs - it's obviously been over one hour, but I'll wait for another day before trying to see if there is something wrong on the Zotero side or permanent changes to arxiv's API (I couldn't see anything about that on their site, though).

    another update - this is definitely a problem on the the arXiv side - their oai2 server is down (click on any of the examples and you'll get a maintenance message):
    http://arxiv.org/help/oa/index
    I've added this to the known issues. Someone could contact arXiv about this - I assume they know, but there's no indication anywhere on the page.

    arxiv is back up again.

    Not sure whether it is related or not, but Zotero fails for me on arXiv right now. Trying an example link from the link above, I seem to be getting a valid reply back.

    we changed arxiv yesterday, but it should work and does for me
    e.g.
    http://arxiv.org/abs/math/9311201v1
    do you have a sample URL? Which browser are you using?
