PDF index synching

I tend to drag a copy of ever article PDF to the citation in Zotero on my main computer. All of my PDFs get ocr'd befored attaching. I run indexing.

My question is - when I open zotero on my laptops or Mac (and they are set to download as needed) is the index from my main computer synched and available?

I have paid storage to ZOtero server.
