Correction of AMA style
Dear all,
I’d like to submit my Review to Nutrition Reviews. For that I need the AMA style, with the name of the journal abbreviated without points, for example: Am J Clin Nutr, which corresponds the NLM Title Abbreviation that appears in Pubmed. The problem is that in my document, the references list appear some of the references with the entire name of the journal, others with the title abbreviated with points (e.g. Am. J. Clin. Nutr.) and others appear abbreviated without points.
How can I do so all the references appear with the journal title abreviated without points??
Here is an example:
Erlanson-Albertsson C, Lindqvist A. Fructose affects enzymes involved in the synthesis and degradation of hypothalamic endocannabinoids. Regul Pept. 2010;161(1-3):87–91.
My second question is:
Nutrition Reviews asks to cite the references in the text as follows: for example 5-8, instead of 5, 6, 7, 8. The problem is that if I modify it manually on the text, the intermidiate references "6, 7" disapear from the references list.
So what do I need to do to modify the citations in the text 5-8
Than you very much in advance!!

for the second issue, you need to insert multiple citations at once - adjacent citations do not merge as they are in e.g. Endnote

Thanks a lot for your answer. Yes I am actually using the 4.0.8 version, but I don't find the option of "Automatically Abbreviate Journal Titles" in "Preferences". Where is it ? Maybe I'm not searching in the correct pluggin.
For the second issue I get it! Thank you

it's in the "Set Document Preferences" of the Zotero Word plugin (not in Zotero itself)
Thank you very much for your help!

The updated version will appear on the repository within 30mins (check the timestamp). Update your copy of the style by re-installing it from the repository. (See here if you need instructions for installing styles in standalone.)
Styles should also update automatically within 24hs for Zotero 4.0+
Any further problems please let us know.
That's really great!! Thank you so much!
