Shortcut keys for Notes/TinyMCE

I have been trying to figure out the shortcut keys in the Notes editor box and while they generally overlap with those of TinyMCE (e.g., CMD-1 = Heading 1 on a Mac), there are a few that don't. Specifically, I'm trying to find a keyboard shortcut for the Blockquote button, which would usually be OPT-Shift-Q (or ALT-Shift-Q on a PC) in TinyMCE. But that command gives me a Greek character, as do most other lettered keyboard shortcuts I tried. Is there anyway of knowing all the keyboard shortcuts in the Notes editor box, or at least the shortcuts for the buttons at the top?

Or, if there are no shortcuts for some of them, is there any way to customize that?
