I am trying to sync a large number of items (>22,000 in a group library), however, there are no attached files or snapshots. Synching remains at “Upload accepted—waiting for sync server” and generated these error numbers.

Before this I added >14,000 items and unfortunately did not turn off auto synching before moving them from My Library to a group library. This led to a huge number of synchronisation errors. I emptied My Library and its trash since it is the group library that is the one being used. After checking the database was backed up, I did a reset to server. This seems to have avoided the synchronisation errors, but synching is still not completing.

    This is a massive sync, but if you try during off-peak hours (U.S. time) you may have better luck.

    (Also, we're going to be changing the way syncing works in Zotero 4.1 to better handle huge syncs like this, which currently happen all at once.)

    I'll try first thing tomorrow UK time. I guess leaving it synching overnight will just cause another error.

    By the way, when is 4.1 out?

    Generally there are no ETAs for new versions unless they're required for Firefox compatibility. The general sentiment is that a beta for 4.1 will come out sooner rather than later, but it may stay in beta for a good while.
