Word complement

Hi, sorry if my english isn't quite good, but i speak spanish

See, i've installed Zotero standalone and the Chrome extensión without any problem, but when I open Word (i have Windows 7 starter, by the way)the complement dosen't appear, i've search in word complements options in case that is blocked or something but i found nothing, is like the complement dosent even exist... what should i do??

nope, i don't recive any message... and the only ones that talk about something like what happens to me, are for firefox... and i use chrome :( whick is why i have the zotero standalone and the extension

Also those instructions are the same for Zotero for Firefox and Zotero Standalone. So go through the steps here: http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear and then also see http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#toolbar_does_not_appear_in_word_for_windows_or_is_incompatible
