sync troubles
Unfortunately I was not able to sync standalone Zotero on Mac for 3 days. So, I am using "My Library" via Safari on Ipad to work with Zotero. I tried to reset it, then reinstall the standalone Zotero. Nothing happens...

you don't want to create a new account. you want to use the same username and password that you use to log in on zotero.org. If you hover over the spinning arrow, what does it say? it's there a red exclamation mark next to it?

This is assuming you're behind an authenticated proxy. Basically, if you're using 4.0.8, it should work if this a full system proxy. If it's a partial proxy, you could still have trouble.
I see a sync of yours from a couple hours ago, though, so hopefully this is resolved.
