Cannot get the data from Springer
Zotero seem does not able to get the data from springer. The version of zotero is 3.0.11, the browser is chromium, and the translators are up to date. Examples are as follows

http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs11244-008-9057-4
It shows that "An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more information."

I have updated the site translator to side-step this bug. The translator will update on your computer automatically within 24 hours or you can update manually via Preferences... -> General -> Update Now. You may need to restart Chrome.
I have the same problem here, for example with this link:
http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs10909-011-0396-3
I use Zotero 3.0.11 too, on Firefox 19.0.2 for Ubuntu12.04
How should I proceed? Thanks.
A side-note, in case it's useful for someone:
Following the link "Access old SpringerLink" (top right on link given in my first entry) and then it worked fine (before updating Zotero).
Thanks for the *very* quick replies!
I'm using Zotero 4.04 and Safari as browser.
The error I receive is: "An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more information."
Here is an example:

Thank you.

This is the page I'm trying to save:

What does the Zotero URL bar icon say if you hover over it?
When I hover over the Zotero URL bar icon on the page in question
(http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12193-009-0034-4)
it says: Save to Zotero (Springer Link)
Hovering over the icon for example on this page yields "Save to Zotero (DOI)"
Here is the report ID.
ID is D589148241
BTW, those instructions were quite difficult to find if you are looking for Safari _debug_ ID or log. It's actually referred to as Report ID. I'd suggest we move them to the Debug ID section, since I think it submits the full log, no?
(And to clarify, yes, you asked for a Report ID and that's what hbo101 called it as well, but hbo101 provided a Debug ID (prefixed with 'D'), which I think will be more useful in this case anyway.)
Anyway, I added instructions here: http://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output
Performed the requested steps and the Debug ID is D1802795262

The connectors never received this update. I really think we need to update Connectors, since they are missing several important updates.
@hbo101, update your translators and see if this is fixed. You'll probably need to update the translators in Zotero Standalone and then in Safari (Advanced tab -> Update Translators).
