Import citations for R packages

Is there a way to import the citations for R packages into Zotero directly from R without having to type them all in manually?

    not currently, no, but I can take a look.

    there's now a basic translator for packages on R as in
    http://cran.us.r-project.org/web/packages/effects/index.html

    requests for additional fields/attachments or non-supported mirrors are welcome.
