order of notes

Greetings-
I just started using Zotero; what a god sent. Thank you whoever wrote it.
My question: When I add a note it is on top of the rest of the notes. This is an issue for me. Is there a way in which I can add notes to the bottom of the previously written notes?

    I think you'll find they are sorted by the first line (which turns up on the center panel as the title)?

    And having said that, many people put the page number of the reference first on the first line. That way the notes are sorted by page number.

    If you just wanted the notes in order of entry, just number the notes in consecutive order.
