Unable to use multiple sources function -- Word for Mac 14.3.2

Often now, when adding a citation to my MS Word document, the multiple sources function fails. On updating or initial creation, it freezes up, and won't add citations to the list. What's going on? I've restarted Word, Firefox, and the whole computer, and even tried using Zotero Standalone. No dice. Help appreciated. Cheers, Tim.

    OK. It only works when I disable the Keep Sources Sorted checkbox. What's the deal?

    That would sound like a bug, but it also sounds like you're still using the classic interface of the Word plugin? In most cases you're better of using the quick format bar, which is also more heavily maintained:

    thanks. thinks appear to be working with the "modern view". must be a "classic view" issue. cheers, tim
