Upgrade Storagetags in online groups
Hello,
I am noticing a couple of issues with the Tag feature in the online groups.
First, I noticed that it is displaying some tags that are no longer associated with any of the articles. I removed an article that was tagged 'creativity', no other articles have this tag, but the tag remains on the group page.
Second, there is one tag that is linking to 9 articles, only 2 of which carry that tag. 2 article are tagged "Digital and Technological Fluency" but clicking on that tag in the group library pulls up several articles.
Anybody have a suggestion for this?

The first issue I noticed the last time I was logged in, was hoping it would resolve on its own but it hasn't.
As for the second, I just restarted my browser and cleared everything, the 'Digital & Technological Fluency' tag still pulls up a bunch of article that are unrelated (and have never been related) to that tag.

That wouldn't be causing the second issue though. What does the url look like with that tag selected, and what browser is this in?
As for the second issue. I am using firefox. When I select the tag in question the link looks like this:

I will give it a try in Safari right now and see what happens.
That does help. We're not dealing with the leading '-' properly so it's showing you all items without a tag of DIGITAL%20%26%20TECHNOLOGICAL%20FLUENCY-
We'll have a fix up shortly.

I love it when a program that you love proves you right by also being super responsive!
You should only need to hit refresh once. If the tag is gone from the zotero server it should be removed from the list. If it's still showing up you should make sure it's not on any items in the trash.
For now tags only get purged in the client, so if you remove them from items on the website it may take a couple of syncs from a client for the tag to be removed from the server.
You were right, it took a couple of syncs to remove the tags.
