Report customization - link not working

I just noticed that the website of the "Zotero Report Customizer" suggested at http://www.zotero.org/support/reports does not seem to be active.

When I click on http://jasonpriem.com/projects/report_cleaner.php I receive a message that says "suspended page".

Any chance of accessing the report customizer somewhere else?

that was a third party site - we'll have to see if we can find the code & host it somewhere.
