Upgrade StorageSync error: this._deferred is null (Debug ID inside) [SOLVED]
Hey all,
yesterday i started to archive lots of articles from the Time Magazine Archives. I used the normal way of click-saving an article, then attaching another copy in printout format and a copy of the magazine cover to the zotero entry.
This means that i have a magazine entry, with two or three attached website snapshots.
Since doing that, i always get some slowdown with firefox when Zotero tries to sync and the error message this._deferred is null.
The Debug ID is D1134304170
Any ideas? I tried to search for this specific error message but couldnt find anything.

dstillmanWe'll fix this. In the meantime, you may be able to work around it by going to the 'storage/7G6CA68E' directory within your Zotero data directory and renaming the PDF in there, which I believe currently starts with a period. After fixing that, and relinking it in Zotero (you can paste 7G6CA68E into the quick search bar to find the item), this might go away.

rleikaufThanks very much - it was acutally that pdf with the periods which stopped the sync completely. Renaming and reattaching the pdf solved the problem! Can be marked as solved. :)
