hide(able) collection pane

I wished the the library/collection section was hildable in the left column as the tag selector is. For my usecase the wastes screen real estate better used for the tag selector. In general it would be better if every part of the zotero pane could be configured (e. g. hidden). One then would only see the parts of the application one wants to work with.

    I support this, too. Each of the three panes should be able to be hidden; especially the collections column, where very little work takes place.
