I got a big troble with Zotero and M.Word 2010

Hi! I'm trying to learn how to insert a citation from my Zotero to a document in M.O. Word 2010, but I got a trouble. First time, I could not seen the toolbar of Add-ins to see the Zotero's menu, I just copied and pasted the fil Zotero.dot from the Startup folder to the Inicio folder; now I can see the add-in, but when I click on it, I just cannot see anything happening, it's like if I was not clicked anywhere.
Anyone knows how could I solve it?
I'm not so good in english, but I tried to formulate my question in a understandable way.

    Your question is perfectly understandable. You can also try your native language, since many people on these forums speak some other language than english as their first language.

    I do not known what the problem might be, but providing a debug ID might help those that do.

    Yes, Spanish or Portuguese are fine.
    Placing Zotero.dot into the Inicio folder was exactly the right thing to do - you could try running "re-install Word plugin" from the cite menu one more time and see if that makes a difference
