Microsoft word stops working while inserting citation

262656171 is the error code ...
I am unable to use zotero in the word file. as soon as i click insert citation it word files stops working and i have to close the file.

    What do you mean by "stops working"? Does you see an error message or does it just hang?

    It just hangs. with a message from microsoft windows saying "microsoft word for windows has stopped working.. A problem caused microsoft to work correctly . windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available
