quick copy always starts numbering at 1
i am trying to use quick copy to drag inline citations into a word document (shift + drag). the citation is always [1], ie the first one is 1, the second 1 is also 1, etc.
if i highlight and drag in two citations, then i get [1,2] but then the next citation i drag in will go back to 1. etc.
is it possible to get 1, 2, 3, etc when using quick copy? same thing happens if i use shift + drag or if i use ctrl + alt + a.
i tried this using radiology style [x] and skeletal radiology style (x).
thanks.
