zotero capture icon only shows on http://www.mozilla.org

After upgrading my mac firefox to 19.0.2, my Zotero Capture icon disappeared from the URL line although a zotero icon shows up at the bottom right. The only site on which i found the capture icon is the firefox website www.mozilla.org. My zoteor version is 3.0.14. I have followed the instructions to check the add-on menu and the Corrupt extension files, they are all fine. Can anyone help ? Thanksss. -- Laura

    What's your exact problem? Not being able to open Zotero or not being able to add new items directly from the webpages you visit?

    Oh, i can open Zotero, however there is no zotero capture icon, the items canot be added automatically. I have followed the instructions posted in the forum, but nothing changed.

    It takes me sometime to work on the problem, but still does not find the solution...
    Here are two Error Reports ID have been issued:
    1) 61568340; 2)464121489.

    The zotero capture icon does not show at all in the URL bar..
    My zoteor version is: 3.0.14
    firefox: 19.0.2
    Mac OSX: 10.8.2

    WOULD U PLS HELP ME?

    which sites are you looking at? As requested on the troubleshooting page "provide the URL of a page that isn't working (even if none are)"
    e.g. no URL bar icon here?

    wooo, I understood now and it works ! It is my mistake, not the system. Thanks SO much for taking me in hand step by step...It helps a lot to go through the process of trouble shooting.
