Red exclamation signal after syncing - error 1688420242

After syncing appear a red exclamation point.
A mensage error display: 1688420242
How to fix it ?

    Are you using the current version of Zotero (3.0.14)? If not, please update to current version.

    If you hold the cursor over the red exclamation point, it should give you the reason for the sync fail. At least it did for me the other day.

    This could be due to security software on your system or a problem with a file in your Zotero data directory. If you restart Firefox and provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that fails I may be able to tell you more.
