Upgrade StorageTranslator problem

I've seen the following message for a couple of days.

Though I've followed the guide on how to solve this problem and even reload the Zotero, it doesn't work. I've been bothering about this problem and hope someone could help solve this problem. By the way, I'm just a student and I use school library system which has been functioned quite well a couple of days ago, so I don't get it what' wrong. I'd appreciate your assistance.
