Upgrade StorageWon't update synch, has error message, Error ID 1615288298
I have an exclamation point next to my synch arrow. I have saved new files, but it won't show any updates that didn't happen 2 weeks ago or more.
Here's what part of the error log says:

[JavaScript Error: "uncaught exception: Last name 'Mary Ellen O'Connell, Thomas Boat, and Kenneth E. &' too long"]

I go to the citation that has that name in it, and it looks fine. Each last name is in its own field. What should I do?

adamsmithdouble check that none of them _also_ has the full string in the last name. Empty your Zotero trash at the bottom of the left pane. Try again.
