Multiple sources in Word 2011 plugin

I'm using the Zotero plugin for Word 2011 on a Mac OSX. I want to have multiple citations at the end of sentence, like "here is my sentence [1-3]". I have read on the forum that there should be a Multiple Sources button somewhere, but I can't find it. When I do Add Citation, all I get is a red search box with no options.

    http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage should have all you need. You can just insert multiple sources after each other in the red quick format bar.
