Group Libraries fail to syn

Only my library can be synced, but the group libraries couldn't, not even when it is in public domain. Help!

    What exactly does "couldn't be synced" mean? Are you receiving an error?

    Hello, I also have trouble syncing my group library. I reinstalled my laptop (wnidows vista) downloaded firefox and installed zotero in firefox and word. When I open the zotero pane within firefox, the group libraries seem empty. When I log onto zotero online, they are fine. I event reset zotero, but nothing still.

    there is no error message, the group libraries simply do not appear.

    The report ID is 1904395623
