I'm having a problem seeing the icon toolbar

When zotero opens, the toolbar is hidden-- I can not scroll up high enough to access the toolbar at the top. This may be a very easy issue to fix but I've tried everything I can think of-- expanding the page size, restarting, etc. Any help? Thanks.

    Can you explain how the tool bar is hidden, or what it is hidden under. Zotero fits inside your browser, so it should always be visible if you can see your entire browser window. Can you link to a screenshot? Or, email a screenshot to support at zotero dot org.
