APA exporting *badly*

I just exported a test library in APA style (for use in class on teaching students how to read citations). An awful lot of what Zotero produced needed correcting, specifically (1) the italicization is missing (Capitalization is waaaay off and (3) where are my hanging indents?? (and before folks tell me the formatting in forum is different, this is exactly what it looked like when I exported from Zotero, in APA 6th ed, to my clipboard, pasted in to Word)
