Firefox shot down and deleted zotero

Hey,
my Firefox had some problems and had to restore itself. Now the zotero add-on is uninstalled. Fortunately I got all of my Bibliography saved in an alternative folder, but I don't know, how to reinstall zotero and get the data back in it, so that I can continue writing my thesis. Does anyone have an idea, how to fix it?
Thank you

Reinstall Zotero. Then you can manually point Zotero to your 'alternative folder' (Zotero data directory) in the Advanced pane of the Zotero preferences.
    Cf. http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data

Edit: "all of my Bibliography saved in an alternative folder": what's "my bibliography" here? In my answer above, I've assumed you meant a backup of your Zotero data directory.
  • If you used the Reset Firefox feature, your Zotero data directory should be in a folder called "Old Firefox Data" on your desktop. You can restore it by following these instructions.
