This error was generated from a different account (assistant who manages our group library). Her account login name is: genevieve.ciavardelli@nmslabs.com

I cannot sync from the firefox version to online. Thus my group library, which I created using firefox, is not available to anyone else in the group.

I can add an item to her group library at zotero.org and download it to firefox, but the reverse does not work.

I have tried searching for resolutions but have had no luck finding one that i can follow and implement.

    are you seeing a sync error on the account that doesn't sync?

    I get the red error icon next to the sync button on the account that is not syncing (genevieve.ciavardelli@nmslabs.com). that is what generated the Report ID 384399650. Her firefox group library has many items in it. But when she logs into zotero, only a handful show up in the group library there.
