Remove Unused Tags from Left Sidebar

Hello,

Recently, I have been managing the tags that are in use for references that I have added to my bibliography.

However, I noticed that when I remove a tag from reference(s) so that a tag is no longer in use, it still displays on the left hand side.

Is there a way to remove the tag from there so that it doesn't display inactive tags?

    the tags on the webpage don't refresh as often as the rest of the library, so one thing is just to be a bit patient.
    The other thing to try is a cache refresh on that page - I believe that's ususually ctrl+F5

    I was unaware that they updated on their own.

    I suppose I will just wait a bit.
