Citation style for the Journal Xenotransplantation
Hi there,
I've been trying to find this citation style but i cant find one.
The requirements are:
References should be numbered consecutively using Arabic numerals in brackets [..]. The first text reference will be [1]. If a reference is repeated, it keeps the same number. The numbered references list at the end of the manuscript should correspond to the text references.
Where there are more than 5 authors to a cited paper, the first 3 names should be given followed by 'et al'. Titles should be abbreviated in accordance with the style used in Index Medicus/MEDLINE. Please use full page ranges.
Examples
1 Liou IW, Larson AM. Role of liver transplantation in acute liver failure. Semin Liver Dis 2008; 28: 201–209.
2 Bach FH, Fishman JA, Daniels N et al. Uncertainty in xenotransplantation: individual benefit versus collective risk. Nat Med 1998; 4: 141–144.
Thanks so much for your help!

even if you don't manage to edit the style, you can save us most of the work by identifying which styles are most similar.
Only the author enumeration must be different. It should be:when there are more than 5 authors to a cited paper, the first 3 names should be given followed by 'et al'.
Any further problems please let us know.
I have a problem with the citation style of the journal "Xenotransplantation".
In the style I downloaded, the citations appear in alphabetical order in the bibliography, but the journal asks for the citations to appear in the order in which they appear in the text.
Would it be possible to change that in the citation style?
Thank you very much.
Styles also update automatically within 24hs for Zotero 4.0+
In an existing document, you may have to switch to a different style and back for the changes to take effect once the style is updated.
Any further problems please let us know & thanks for reporting
