Web of Knowledge multiple import

Zotero fails to import multiple items from Web of Knowledge search results. The folder icon appears, the checkable list is available, but after checking multiple citations (two or more), only the first (top of the list) citation is imported.
Let me know if I can do anything to help (test).

    thanks, that's a known issue:
    http://www.zotero.org/support/known_translator_issues#translators_with_minor_issues
    the site is, unfortunately, a bit of a mess for importing.
