Upgrade StorageGet errot while installing plugin
Hi folks,
When I install the plug-in, I get a message:"Error opening file for writing:" and below is the file path (it is the zotero.dot file).
I have Vista home,I disabled the firewall and tried instaling the plugin multiple times with the same result. Hence,when I try to insert a citation,all I see on the Word document is the number 1 with no citation!

How exactly did you try to insert citations in your Word document? Was it via the Zotero toolbar? If your installation failed, I wouldn't expect Word to show the Zotero plugin toolbar. Did you also make sure to close Word before installing the plugin? Finally, there is an alternative way to install the plugin (by hand instead of by installer):
