JSTOR capture icon missing

Greetings.
I have been combing through the forums looking for solutions to this problem. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Zotero, have updated FF, have used all the ideas on the "troubleshooting translators" pages but cannot get the icons back to JSTOR. I have even gone to GitHub and replaced the stock translator file with the copy from there.
No luck. I must be missing something simple.
I can't get the file folder to come up for a search, either.
Here are the stable URLs I tried:

PubMed works, as does Amazon and ProQuest, GoogleBooks, etc.

    What version of Zotero do you have installed? And while you're at it, what OS and what Firefox version are you running?

    The proxy you are using is a bit uncommon (it adds a "0-" prefix). Zotero recently added support for that, but it is in the current (3.0.11) version.

    Can you access JSTOR without going through a proxy? Does JSTOR translator work then?

    I am running FF 18.0, Zotero 3.0.11 on a PC with Windows 7.

    I do access JSTOR through my school proxy while at home; I am going to be on campus this afternoon and will check if it is also a problem there.

    Of course, I can "create item from page" and them retrieve PDF metadata, but that adds a couple of annoying steps.

    also, the data will be less reliable, don't do that.
    If you need a temp workaround, export to RIS (Endnote etc.) from JSTOR - Zotero will intercept that and import pretty good data. THen attach pdf. Also too many steps, of course, but at least data quality is OK.

    At my institution, we can no longer see a translator icon for any proxied database when using Zotero 3.0.11. There is no problem on machines running previous versions of Zotero. Version of Firefox appears to be irrelevant.

    Here is a sample proxied URL that does not yield a translator icon when using 3.0.11:

    If I remove the proxy info from that same URL while on campus, I do get the translator icon when using 3.0.11:
