Upgrade StorageProblems with synchronizing and bibtex
Hello everyone,
I have recently encountered two problems. The first one concerns exporting a collection (or a single entry) to the bibtex format. The error message states "An error occurred while trying to export the selected file" with the window caption "[JavaScript Application]".
The second error occurs when trying to synchronize with the Zotero server. The error message states that on of the author names is to long. The error ID is 1787806357.

aurimasI just reverted some changes to BibTeX translator that we recently introduced. Update your translators via Preferences... -> General -> Update Now and see if your BibTeX export problems go away. Let us know if something is still not working.

adamsmithfor the author name - it should tell you which one it is - probably something erroneous got into an author field - search for that and shorten or delete it.
